With over 6 years of experience, Cairo has been writing across commercials, music videos, documentaries, and independent projects. Cairo works closely with directors to shape creative vision and technical approach, happily obsessing over the details so they don't have to. Drawing on deep cultural knowledge and rigorous research (she loves a deep dive), Cairo tailors every project to its director and brief, building distinct immersive worlds where storytelling doesn't just live, it breathes. Outside of treatment & script writing, Cairo is a curator, writer, and editor in the contemporary art world, working on a range of publications, exhibitions, and art commissions. She is a contributing arts writer for KING KONG Magazine and editor of an array of art publications and catalogs.
